We can't think of any better way to unwind from the wedding stress than with a soothing massage...it's actually hard to tell which one of us most enjoys the pampering!

This was one of our big regrets when we left Chang Mai in Thailand...though we so enjoyed the cuisine, we had no idea how to mix the curry and spices when we returned to Boston. We promise to share all that we have learned for future dinner parties!

A day in the mountains - visitng many of the same sites chosen by Sir Winston Churchill for his famous paintings. We will also enjoy lunch at La Roseraie, set in 52 acres of beautiful land with a stunning Rose garden. We promise to take lots of pictures!

We've heard it on good authority that hot air ballooning is the coolest thing ever...offering peaceful and uninterrupted views of the entire countryside. We would love to take an aerial tour of Morrocco, complete with the traditional champagne toast.

Of course we need to check out the scene while in town! This will allow us to see Marrakech in style.

The turkish bath (knows as the hammam) is a Moroccan tradition. First we will relax in a room (known as the warm room) that is heated by a continuous flow of hot, dry air allowing the bather to perspire freely (like we don't do that enough already!). Then we will move to an even hotter room (known as the hot room) before splashing around in cold water. After performing a full body wash and receiving a massage, A&A will finally retire to the cooling-room for a period of relaxation. Sounds like exactly what we will need to bring back the life in our bodies after the long flight from Boston.

After tours of Napa Valley, Tuscany, and the Loire Valley, of course we have to check out the vino selection in the Atlas Mountains!

Everyone has a fantasy to be Lawrence of Arabia (Aaron especially!) and this is the perfect opportunity. We will leave Zagora in the afternoon, heading towards the plain of Ben d'Lala passing kasbahs and small oases. We will even have the option to sleep under the stars! Only in Morocco.

No doubt we will be exhausted after wedding festivities, and ready to unwind in one of Marrakech's most divine hotels. There are cupolas, arches, orchards of oranges and olives. An ancient date grove - the Palmeraie - stretches out to the north. Beyond, on the horizon, run the white peaks of the High Atlas Mountains. Sounds fabulous!

Before Richard Branson bought Kasbah Tamadot, it was owned by an American antiques dealer who liked to entertain in style and seclusion. Branson also picked up the contents, and a warehouse stuffed with treasures to plunder whenever the decor demands. Not that it isn't demanding enough: the mix of carved Indian doors, Indonesian statues, elaborate mosaics, and ornate silver chairs and sofas is as impressive as the kasbah's location in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. After a lengthy tour of Morocco, you can be sure to find A&A lying by the lovely pool overlooking a river valley with snow-capped mountains beyond.

This will be the perfect hotel to take in the views of the gorgeous beach-side town of Essaouira. It resembles an old-style colonial house, with gardens, pool, and a lovely terrace overlooking the ocean. We might decide to stay for awhile!

The cheerios and grapenuts routine definitely gets old after awhile. We can't wait to sample the delicious delicacies that the country has to offer.

Laid out on a charming patio surrounded by alcoves that can be transformed into small private rooms, this restaurant is the ideal place for a young and festive clientele (is that perfect or what?!). At the bar, you will meet Antoine and Marie, the owners, who moved from Besançon in France to open this restaurant four years ago. The menu has a daily selection of fish dishes, depending on the catch. Sounds delish.

The palace once belonged to one of Marrakech's last great chiefs, Caïd Layadi. Its extraordinary architecture has been well-preserved: sculpted wooden and painted ceilings, ancient zellijs and majestic space. The whole place lives and breathes elegance and sophistication. As far as the food goes, Driss Segueni offers his superb menu made up of new Moroccan dishes. Yum yum.

This restaurant was designed by Bill Willis - the famous American interior designer and owned by the Honorary British Consul in Marrakech - the cuisine is supposedly superb and the surroundings exotic. We can't wait to enjoy a pre-dinner drink on the rooftop overlooking Marrakech.

It's going to get hot under that dessert sun and we are definitely planning to spend a lot of time in the pool...Help us beat the heat with some cool and delicious drinks!

Our honeymoon will just be the beginning of our wedding celebration! Aaron and Ashley do love the bubbly and can't wait to share a toast under the hot dessert sun.

Aaron is an expert at left hand driving after Thailand...and every one of our adventures has mandated a rental car so that we can fully explore the countryside. From the bustling city of Marrakech, the grandeur and magnificence of the High Atlas Mountains, the oasis-strewn valleys of the mountain people to the plateaus of the Sahara, this will allow us to see it all!

Any help to get to and from our destination is a wonderful gift. We will be thanking you long after take off.
