Every dive is unique and you never know what you will see... beautiful, vibrant reef fish, eels, lobster... maybe even a turtle or a reef shark! During the Hawaii Whale Season (December-May), you may be lucky enough to get a spectacular and rare underwater view of a Humpback Whale! Your journey begins with a 10-15 minute scenic boat ride out to the dive site, followed by the submarine dive, which is approximately 45 minutes in length. Your expert narrator will inform you of everything from the formation of the Hawaiian Islands to many species of marine life unique to the Hawaiian waters. View fascinating natural and artificial reefs in air-conditioned comfort! The Submarine: A 65-foot, 48-passenger, air-conditioned submarine with 26 large 2-foot diameter side viewports and an extra large 53" front viewport. The Dolphin Swim Adventure is your chance to live out a classic Hawaii vacation fantasy and swim with dolphins. You will enjoy a fun belly–ride, handshake, and an unforgettable dolphin kiss! After a short orientation, you get to spend 30 minutes with a dolphin. Participants in the Dolphin Swim Adventure can pet the dolphin, pose for a big dolphin kiss, perform various close contact interactions, and view a Sea Life Park Hawaii dolphin underwater – all while a trainer educates you about these amazing animals.

On a glass bottom kayak we will see the multicolored coral, the incredible marine life and enjoy the beauty of the underwater world at our beautiful destination, without even getting wet!

A van from Hawaii Duck Tours will pick you up at your Waikiki hotel and take you directly to Koko Marina for snorkel gear, before heading to Hanauma Bay for fun-filled day of snorkeling. All snorkeling equipment and instruction will be provided, as well as an informative narration on the geology of Hanauma Bay and its surrounding area. Hanauma Bay is in the center of a partially sunken volcano and home to hundreds of tropical reef fish and other marine life. Snorkeling in Hanauma Bay is safe and appropriate for all ages and experience levels.

The Hawaiian Ray Encounter brings you face to face with stingrays, one of the most fascinating inhabitants of the sea. What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

The catch of the day awaits us! As seafood lovers it will be hard to choose from the different types of seafood restaurants and the variety of fresh fish, all complemented by delectable side dishes, fresh vegetables, and an incredible selection of wines. A delicious treat!

The first Nobu opened in New York in 1997, and 14 locations later, the consistency of Nobu Matsuhisa's food contemporary Japanese with Peruvian accents remains across time and space. The signatures and once-groundbreaking flavor combos are in place a decade on hamachi sashimi topped with bright green slivers of jalapeno, miso-glazed black cod and prepared as carefully and cleanly as ever. While the food may not be as exciting as it was in the '90s, there is much on the menu the likes of which Honolulu hasn't seen before. And the execution, under local boy Lindsey Ozawa, who returned home from Nobu Las Vegas, never slouches. The sushi team, led by head sushi chef Toshiyuki Sasajima, turns out very good one-bite-size edomae-style nigiri sushi. (Locals who equate size with quality will grumble.) While selection is limited, the fish choice and preservation are faultless, which is why the price for one piece is close to what you pay for two at most other places. New York designer David Rockwell has created a groovy seraglio of a room with sex-me-up lighting. From poached lobster with wasabi pepper sauce to tenderloin with the world's best barbecue sauce (Peruvian red chile paste, rice vinegar, sake and other delectables), Nobu's menu sings a seductive siren song of food. Resistance is futile.

This luau is a Hawaiian experience that we cannot miss! Upon arrival, we will be greeted with the customary shell lei and watch the Royal Court procession arrive in a traditional outrigger canoe. We will feast on a menu of traditional Hawaiian cuisines and BBQ dishes, tropical fruit punch and Mai Tai's. The highlight of our honeymoon evening will be the spectacular Polynesian Revue with the dangerous and fascinating fire-knife dance under a blanket of stars!

Sink your toes in the sand under a palapa and sip on some of Hawaii's best tropical drinks. A fiery sunset is the backdrop to live Hawaiian music and enchanting hula dancing. Paradise, indeed. The Café menu offers lunch and dinner service including an array of tantalizing pupus, specialty sandwiches, fish tacos, Grilled fresh fish and pizzas from the Kiawe wood-burning oven.

Mama's Fish House is one of Maui's best restaurants and is a great place to take your special someone for that "last Maui meal". It will help to seal all of the great memories and is not to be missed. Personally I recommend at a table for two, order wine or cocktails unless you don't drink, three appetizers, split an entree', dessert and an after dinner drink (I like the "Chip Shot"). Sit out on the beach after dinner and reminisce. Make reservations. Very expensive.

Today, on a warm, sunny day, the store produces 1,000 shave ice. Half of the customers are tourists. Many people from around the world have visited the store. Should you have the opportunity to visit the store, you'll see their pictures on the walls. Konishiki and Tom Hanks are a few you'll recognize. Matsumoto Shave Ice has been displayed in various magazines, news articles, and television programs, the most recent being on Bay Watch Hawaii. Take a drive to Oahu's North Shore and visit us soon!

Again, I recommend the same type of ordering as with Mama's, you want to taste and enjoy...Not get "filled up" Do make sure to order the chocolate souffle' for dessert, even if you're on a diet! Stop at Gallery Hawaii downstairs if you arrive too early or for an after dinner stroll. Make reservations!
