The thing Mariska is most looking forward to is sailing! The Dalmation Coast of Croatia is some of the most beautiful water in the world and the best way to see it is from the water.

Maybe it will be paragliding or perhaps kayak rentals. With all that water everywhere, there will be a lot of opportunity to have fun on the water.

Our plan is to find one or two hotels in Croatia and use them as a home as we take lots of day trips around the country. The dream plan is to spend 9 days in Croatia before heading to Santorini, Greece for the grand finale of our honeymoon.

The most beautiful sunsets in the world are said to be in Santorini - the finale of our dream honeymoon. The hotel Katikies is one of those amazing white buildings built into the cliffs of Santorini. This is our one really decadent idea for the honeymoon.

You know we love to cook, but since we won't have a kitchen, we'll grab dinner near the day's destination.

Europe is famous for its amazing outdoor cafes, and we will try a different one every day, or we might just grab some bread and cheese and eat on the go.

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

With so many ice cream parlors in town, we'll try everything from hot fudge sundaes to soft serve ice cream and thick milkshakes. Who cares about the diet on our fantastic getaway!

We know some people skip breakfast, but not us! We plan on eating breakfast every day, and we can't wait to try out the local fare!

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!

We'll admit it - we like to shop. And we definitely want to see what the shops of Croatia and Greece have to offer!

Croatia is surrounded by islands. In particular, we want to go to Hvar - the site of a medieval town and lavender fields. We're postponing our honeymoon to summer so we can be there when they are in bloom.

Croatia is a big country and for us to see everything we'd like, we'll need a car. Brian will drive and Mariska will be the copilot. She is hoping for a navigation system. She's not great with maps.

We're using some frequent flier miles, but it still takes a lot to get to our two dream destinations - Croatia and Santorini, Greece. We'd love to have your help to get us there!
