That's right Coreen and Brian are going to set aside their fear of heights to see Sydney Harbor at twilight from a unique vantage point. A true "Sydney" accomplishment, this will be one of Brian and Coreen's highlights of city as they ascend the bridge and view Sydney in all it's twinkling glory.

Coreen and Brian will enjoy a wonderful performance of Beethoven's lyrical and serene Piano Concerto No.4 in the world renowned Sydney Opera House. Beethoven's Fourth Symphony is effervescent, witty and wise. As one critic said: “there are no words to describe the deep, powerful spirit of this work from his earlier and most beautiful period.”

Brian and Coreen will take a tour of the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery, a marvelous example of Australian bush ingenuity, and then quench their thirst with a wine tasting of James Halliday Australian Wine Champion of the year 2008, Rookery Wines.

Every night, just after sunset the Fairy Penguins of Bicheno emerge from the ocean and come waddling from the surf up to their burrows in the grasses. Brian and Coreen will be able to get up close and personal with the Fairy Penguins on this tour...so close that flip fops are not allowed (who knew those little guys like toes!).

Our guide will pick us up for our eco-adventure at 7.00am in Adelaide. From there we will commence our wilderness journey by heading north via Port Germein to Alligator Gorge National Park for lunch, there we will be greeted with spectacular views of the mountains and Spencer Gulf. Next, we venture towards Pt. Augusta and travel through the picturesque Pichi Richi Pass to Quorn (the start of the original Ghan Railway). Then we will explore the deserted Willochra Plain on the way to the center of the Flinders Ranges, stopping at the Yourambulla Caves where we can view Aboriginal art work. Finally we will enjoy a hearty meal and a good nights sleep in the natural setting of Rawnsley Park Station.

We will wake up to the call of the Kookaburra. Enjoy our breakfast and the morning view of South Australia's iconic Wilpena Pound (known to the local Aboriginal people as Ikara). Today we will explore the unique area that surrounds the Pound. We will visit the famous Bunyeroo and Brachina Gorges, and search for the elusive Yellow Footed Rock Wallabies. Wildlife including Kangaroos, Emus and the bold Wedge Tailed Eagles are prolific in this rugged area. Next, we will travel back to Rawnsley Park via the spectacular Moralana Scenic drive following the south-western wall of Wilpena Pound. Finally, we will settle down under millions of stars and enjoy our dinner with a well deserved cold beer or glass of wine at our camp.

Today we will travel to Melrose (the oldest town in the Flinders Ranges), and check out the historic buildings such as Bluey Blundstone's Blacksmith Shop. On our way home to Adelaide we will take the opportunity to experience one of the best wine regions in South Australia - The Clare Valley. Here we will have a taste of the fine local wines and produce. We will then continue back to Adelaide where we will have many memories to share about our time in Flinder's Range.

The best way to experience the Great Barrier Reef is to become one of the fish, and enter the world of scuba diving. So, Brian and Coreen will give it a try. They will enter a spectacular world of color and marine life, with gardens that bloom under the sea. As Scuba divers they will also get a chance to interact with Green Sea Turtles and the friendly resident of the Great Barrier Reef, the giant Maori Wrasse "Wally" during their scuba diving adventure.

We'll have a drink or two on you at the local bar or at our favorite saloon. Cheers!

This unique tour in a 4WD beyond the end of the road and deep into the film locations in the upper Rangitata Valley of South Canterbury. We will View Mt Sunday where 'Edoras' was built, the valley where 'Helms Deep' appears, the 'Misty Mountains' and the hills where 'Aragorn' rode his horse. We'll see it all!

Brian and Coreen will get a chance to get up close and personal with the natives of Kangaroo Island at this park. Coreen will get the chance to hold a baby kangaroo--ahhhh. Whereas Brian will get to test his speaking skills against that of hundreds of parrots--we will have to wait and see who comes out on top.

Brian and Coreen will depart early in the morning from Adelaide for their scenic coach trip and SeaLink's 45 minute luxury ferry ride to Cape Jervis. While there they will have a chance to see the Birds of Prey in action and walk among the Australian Sea Lions breeding colony.

Brain and Coreen will experience the thrill and excitement of a Shotover Jet ride; it's an adrenaline rush they’ll never forget! From the moment the accelerator hits the floor their adrenaline will hit the roof as they speed in mere centimeters of water along the famous Shotover River and deep into the spectacular Shotover River Canyons. It's an amazing ride through the towering canyons. Their expert driver will take them through ‘Big Red,’ skillfully whip the Jet Boat past rocky outcrops, skim around crags and boulders, and speed through the narrow canyons. This is a ride not to be missed!

Brian and Coreen will make a visit to their friends under the sea. This will include seeing coral reefs and their denizens, such as fish, cephalopods, starfish, sea urchins, and mollusks as well as an abundance of brightly colored coral reef fish only found on the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkeling in sandy areas will also allow sightings of rays and various flatfish. Other organisms that they may see while snorkeling include jellyfish, shrimp, sea turtles, and various types of sea cactus.

Brian and Coreen will embark on a cruise of the beautiful Sydney Harbor at sunset to enjoy an authentic Australian BBQ, and some wonderful Australian wine.

We can't wait to go on this honeymoon tour! Taking a journey underground on a subterranean adventure through limestone chambers and passages. Be suspended in awe and silence, surrounded by cave decorations and a galaxy of tiny living lights found in the Waitomo Glowworm Caves.

Brian and Coreen will enjoy the day in the Milford Sound aboard the Mariner; there will be kayaking, and a chance for shore excursions to get a closer look at the flora and fauna. Throughout their cruise, a nature guide will provide an engaging commentary about the magnificent scenery and wildlife. Brian and Coreen will also be keeping a look out for dolphins, seals and penguins who call the sound their home.

Brian and Coreen will stroll down the harbor-side promenade past the museum of Contemporary Art to the lively Circular Quay area with its excellent restaurants and bars. Here they can catch a ferry to Manly Beach, Watson’s Bay, Taronga Zoo or enjoy a fabulous harbor cruise.

Brian and Coreen will be welcomed by their host, Barbra Ewens, to her 1860's homestead. Offering views of the sea and surrounding farmland, this is the perfect place for them to be spoiled. All of their needs will be catered to, including a cooked breakfast in the morning. Additionally, they will enjoy pleasant sea views from the dining room, and maybe even catch a glimpse of dolphins frolicking offshore.

City views at night and morning tea with the sunrise. The Skycity Hotel will allow Brian and Coreen to enjoy all the fun Auckland has to offer...whether that be dinning at the Saltwater Cafe or sailing in Doves Bay.

After picking up their car in Auckland Brian and Coreen will get on the road for a lovely drive through New Zealand's North island. Highlights of their drive will include Auckland's volcanic cones, Waikato Falls, and Auckland's Botanic Gardens.

Brian and Coreen will discover the breath-taking coastline of south-west Victoria, Australia. They will travel one of the world's most scenic roads through an extended area that includes the world-famous Twelve Apostles, the Otways rainforest, Bells Beach, on the Surf Coast, and the Great Ocean Road itself. They will then stop in Australia’s resort town, Apollo Bay, for the evening before continuing on to the great city of Melbourne.

If you know Brian's typical pace, you'll know that the end of day requires much sleep and much sustenance. You can help ensure that Coreen doesn't waste away into nothingness!

Brian and Coreen will have ample places to choose from. Such as Gelbison's in Bondi Beach where they can enjoy pizza and pastas, Olde Shoppe Cafe where tasty sandwiches abound, or Fratelli Paradiso with its superb bakery and deli.

We’ll experience local dining at the Red Ochre Grill with a menu that features over 60 different Australian native cuisines, complimented by a selection of fine wines.

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner on our romantic honeymoon. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

To ensure that Coreen can keep up with Brian's travel plans...and that Brian can keep his cookie break...there will need to be multiple Starbucks runs.

Brian and Coreen will take time to celebrate Thanksgiving in Auckland with turkey (if they can find it), and a toast to their families back home.

Brian and Coreen will dine at The Lane Vineyard in Adelaide, which is located in a most beautiful setting above The Cellar Door Vineyard. The elevated Bistro will enable them to take in stunning views across the vineyards to the magnificent rolling hills as far as the eye can see. The alfresco dining area beckons in summer, and in winter a wood fire invites you inside.

With so many ice cream parlors in town, we'll try everything from hot fudge sundaes to soft serve ice cream and thick milkshakes. Who cares about the diet on our honeymoon!
