We met in Phoenix in 2002. We where both beginning our paths to recovery when I first saw Mike pick up his 6 month key tag. I congratulated him and realized that once I saw him, I had to have him. I informed a mutual friend that I found him attractive and he began to email me. Mike had moved back to Idaho so we got to know each other though emails and instant messaging. 2 months later, Mike returned to Phx and after that you could not keep us apart. Ever since then we have shared millions of laughs, cried a few tears and expressed our fears. To this day we are amazed at how smooth a relationship can be in recovery because it is so much different than anything else we have ever experienced. Our love for each other is something we want to continue experiencing till the end of our days.

Christina Lee Zazzera and Michael Joseph Bonney will exchange vows on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 4:00 pm at the Zazzera household located at 11260 E. Southwind Scottsdale AZ 85262.

We would like to express sincere appreciation to all of our many family members and friends who have helped us to be who we are today. There are a lot of things that we could not have done with out all of your love and support. For that we deeply thank all of you. We have had so much fun and experienced so much thus far in our journey. We are looking forward to creating new memories together on our dream honeymoon.
