Matt - She's hot what can I say? Rachel - We met in high school. Matt wrote something sweet in my eleventh grade yearbook and i scratched it out because i didn't like him. Needless to say, the situation has taken a few drastic turns! After I got home from the UK last summer we hung out in groups... that didn't last long! We became a couple by July and shortly after Matt gave me my first kiss. Yes! On Christmas day 2007 he asked me to marry him. How could i resist? The next day we began a tour of England with our friend Laura, and attended Jess and Jonathan's wedding in Scotland. We spent the first five months of our engagement apart; me living in Sacramento for school, and him living in Orange for work. Now I am home for the summer and condinue to be blessed by our growing relationship.

We deeply appreciate the support and encouragement we have recieved during our engagement. We're truly blessed to have friends and family who are willing to sacrifice their time and energy for our growth as a Christian couple. Specifically, both our Quinn family and Cech family parents are so supportive and generous! Also, Dave and Kathy, thank you for taking the time to mentor us... if anything goes wrong we will know who to blame. (just kidding!) If we have learned one thing from the two of you it is to trust the Lord, be obedient to Him, and He will make our relationship amazing.
