The story of Scott and Jenny begins with a little known radio station called US99. After being matched up on US99's singles line, we talked for hours on the phone getting to know eachother and realizing how truely compatible we were. Our first date took place at Northwoods restaurant, it was a lunch date and as scott would say,"It was the best date of our lives." We would then spend the next two years exploring and traveling, loving nature and falling deeper in love with one another by the second. We have grown stronger with eachother every day, supporting and lifting up one another with a positive oulook on life and enjoying each day we have together.
Because we love the outdoors so much, we have decided to wed on the beautiful beaches of Kauai on April 26, 2008. We always knew we wanted to get married in a beautiful place surrounded by life and serenity. We werent sure how we were going to make it happen, we just believed in our hearts we would, and here we are.
We would like our reception to replicate our wedding. We are going for an island theme with a calming and intimate atmosphere. We encourage hawaiin shirts, or island attire.
The reception will take place at the Gamba Restaurant in Merriville, Indiana on June 6, 2008.
For those wonderful people who are considering attending the beach wedding, we suggest flying into Kauai on April 24th, Thursday. Friday we are trying to get everyone together to go to a Hawaiian Luah in the evening before the big day on Saturday. We have decided to attend the SMITH FAMILY garden luau on the east side of Kauai. We would love for all who will be in Kauai to attend this luau and celebrate with us before the big day. You can make accomadations on www.smithskauai.com. You get a 10% discount if you make your reservation early. We can't wait, and hope you all can make it. We will also keep you posted as to what beach the wedding will be held on.
Scott and I are very happy and anxious to be getting married in hawaii. Its been a dream for so long and to know that we have the support of so many friends and family members makes it all that more exciting. We've worked so very hard all year long to make this dream a reality. Our aim is to begin our first day of marriage following our hearts and our dreams and to make that our mission throughout the rest of our lives together. Thank you again to everyone.
