Well, Nick and I met a little over 5 years ago. Luckily Nick’s union was on strike or I wouldn’t have ever met him in Federal Way that night. When I saw him walk up I thought, hmm, he’s nice looking. At I bet he thought the same! :) Anyways, I guess I made an impression because we’ve been together ever since, minus a few days here and there ;) One of my favorite memories was when I was helping him find a rental, he needed to move from the Wedgewood house because Halie (our lab) couldn’t stay there anymore. So I found this rental agency and off we went. The man asked Nick about what he wanted and how much he wanted to spend and then he asked where…Nick replied , Well maybe more North, Carolyn lives in Lynnwood and I want to be closer to her. I was in love ever since.
I moved in shortly after, and we proceeded to move into several more rentals before buying our first home in Port Orchard, WA. We’ve lived here now for a little over 2 years and the projects continue :) We have three dogs, Halie our lab, and Cora and Brewski our boxers. And I have a Bengal cat named Harley. My Mom’s miniature horse Nugget lives here too. And I have my Saddlebred mare Sassy.
We are so excited to continue our lives together for better or for worse. It’s wonderful that we can share this with all of you, our family and friends. We love you!
We have always talked about getting married on the Beach...and now we are going to. It's going to be an intimate cermony with parents and siblings. So we're having a reception when we return!
Coctail Reception will be held July 26th, 2008 at 7 o'clock in the evening
in the Fountain Room of the Bremerton Harborside Conference Center located at
100 Washington Avenue, Bremerton, WA
There is a parking garage and also overnight accomidations available.
If you live on the Seattle side, just walk on the Bremerton Ferry and you're there!
We realize this is different kind of registry, but we don’t need much and thought this was a perfect way to help us celebrate! Help us in creating our first memories as husband and wife!
For those who prefer, we are registered Macy's and Nick could use all sorts of things from Home Depot, Lowes or Costco! :)
