Tim and Debbie met during the spring of 2004 while being members of the Pitt TKD club. They are Taekwondo blackbelts and their love of the sport made it easy to grab each other's attention. They officially started dating in August of 2004, while at the beach with some fellow Pitt Taekwondo practitioners. Once the fall semester started, they were officially a couple and the rest is history!

The proposal took place on August 19th, 2006. The Moore's threw a party at their house in Pittsburgh to celebrate Tim going to law school. The night was perfect and the stars were shining. Around 2am, when only close friends and family were still at the party, Tim asked Debbie if she would take a walk with him. They walked through the garden and to the back of the yard. He sat her down and told her how much he loved her and that she was the only person he wanted to be with for the rest of his life. He did not get down on one knee, but he didn't have to. He had her at "I love you". She said "Yes!" They rejoined the party and celebrated with lots of champagne.

The wedding will take place in the Moore Garden in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They chose this location because of it's meaning in their relationship. It was where Tim proposed and where they spent most of their time together as a couple. The beautiful garden and landscape is an added bonus!

Guests are to arrive at 6:00pm for the cocktail hour. Drinks and appetizers will be served. Just before 7:00, guests are to be seated around the pool and in the back yard for the ceremony which will begin at 7:00pm. Immediately following the ceremony will be a dinner buffet, dancing, cupcakes and lots of celebrating.

They request semi-formal dress for guests.

Thank you so much for helping us have a fantastic honeymoon filled with memories that will last a lifetime. We will be sure to share pictures and stories with everyone. The details have yet to be figured out, but we want to spend two weeks in Europe over winter break 2008. Debbie has never been to Europe, so Tim is looking forward to showing her all of the beautiful sites. We will use London as our base of operations and visit cities such as Paris, Amsterdam and hopefully Barcelona, Dublin and Florence. Thanks again for being a part of our celebration!
