ABOUT ARIANA

I was born and raised in Riverside California, after High School I joined the Navy and began a career as an Air Traffic Controller. I was stationed in Keflavik Iceland, Lemoore California and Civilian contract in McMurdo Antarctica. I’ve traveled the world and can’t wait to travel some more with the Navy Reserve.

ABOUT JOEY
I was born and raised in Tracy California, with a strong military background on my moms side, the Navy was a sure thing. I joined the Navy right out of High School and was first stationed in San Diego with TACRON 12 deploying multiple times on the USS Tarawa, USS Boxer and USS Essex out to the Middle East. And now stationed in Lemoore California for the last 3 years.

HOW WE MET

We met at work on his first day at NAS Lemoore, my first impression of him was a very hyper young guy who would be interesting to work with, and he was also dead-set on being MCPON. Now he’s become a little wiser and knows when to duck (flight strip).

HOW IT HAPPENED

2,758 ft above the Yosemite Valley floor on top of Yosemite Falls (upper), the climb was absolutely exhausting, and I only made it up there because of Joey. We were joined by our two friends (Erin and Peter) my Sister (Leah) and her boyfriend (BK). While at the top I thought it was picture time until I realized everyone else was on one side looking at Joey and I, then Joey caught my eye as he started to kneel.

ABOUT THE BIG DAY

It will be elegant and fun at the same time. We are tying to blend in some of our military background into the wedding with out it taking over. The colors are going to be White, Red and Blue.
