Lasonya and Marc met each other at the Lindell Congregation during the remodeling of the Kingdom Hall in the summer time of 2006. During that moment we started off as just friends getting to know each others personalities. As time went pass Marc and Lasonya have gotten to know each other both spiritually and personally. We started off going out in field service with each other along with some of the other brothers and sisters at our congregation......"It was really nice", it gave us a chance to really get to know each others spiritual goals and how we both came to know and love Jehovah God. On January 15,2007 Lasonya and I decided to go to the movies to see, Stomp the Yard...."Good movie by the way". Well after the movies I decided to see if Lasonya was interested in taking our friendship to the next level. As nervous as I was, during our casual conversation about relationships, I asked Lasonya what kind of qualities in a man she looks for in a mate......she told me, then I asked her if I was that man....she said yeah, then she asked me what type of qualities I looked for in a woman....I told her, so she asked me if she fits being that woman, so calmly with a smile, but antiously in my head, I said...."Yeah". What I like most about Lasonya is that she has great sense of humor with a kind, nurturing heart, that will give half of anything she has just so the other person will not do without, and I like that her and her family are lovingly bonded together. When I first met Marc, I thought that he was a pretty nice brother. He always had a friendly smile and a kind heart. He made me feel special when I was with him. Marc opened up my heart and helped me love again because he made it easy for me to open up to him. In that two years that I have known him, he has shown me love, patience, and control. He balances me a lot and that is why I love him so.
