Peggy O'Brien & Owen Cary

Our Story

We met in Wal-mart in April 2007 when Owen sold Peggy's best friend a cell phone (and it took 3 hours!) Owen proposed on July 5th, 2008 at 11:30 pm. He had promised a gift by the end of the day, and he eeked it out until nearly the last minute!

Our Wedding

We will be getting married at Uncle Larry and Aunt Barb's house in Cheyenne. The plan is for an outdoor wedding in the afternoon, but we know how unpredictable Wyoming weather is!

Two of our groomsmen, Zac and John, will be wearing their Marine dress blues, while the third groomsman, Uncle Larry, will wear a navy tux.

All 3 of the bridesmaids will be in dark blue dresses, but Meagan will be in a different dress from Sheila and Tanya because she will be 36 weeks pregnant!

Owen's daughter Alexis is going to be our junior bridesmaid and she has chosen a beautiful red ballgown with pickups in the skirt. The flower girl, Rachael, will be in the same dress. Benjamin, our ring bearer will wear a navy tux with red tie.

Our Reception

The reception will also be at Uncle Larry and Aunt Barb's. There will be music, dancing, beer, and food catered by a local restaurant.
