How did it start? Oh man... it's kind of a crazy story!
Ryan had been working at the bank for 2 1/2 years and decided he needed a little extra income to support himself. He knew he had the talent to lead a worship band so he put out his resume to some churches around the Loveland area as well as the Denver area. He had a few interviews, but no promising suspects! Six months down the road from doing all that work, he got a call from the youth minister at St. John the Evangelist in Loveland, CO. She had heard that Ryan was looking for a worship leader position and asked him to come in for an interview. Well Ryan agreed, and low and behold, Cathy was his INTERVIEWER! Long story short, we became good friends for about the first four months and then decided we would actually start dating in late March!
Cathy and I both grew up in Catholic families and knew we wanted to be married in a Catholic church. After some short debate, (Ryan was indifferent since he had been with too many churches in the past!) we decided that St. John's would be the best spot for us to be married. We both work there, and we both love the parish! The wedding is July 31st at 6:00 PM. What attire should you wear? Well, we love all of you and want you to come no matter what, but something a little formal would be great! ;)
Our wedding reception will be located at The Garden Room in Loveland, CO. This very unique place is new to Loveland and is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the wedding site. Directions will be provided at the wedding.
The menu will consist of a mexican style buffet. We have a family friend who catered for a big event at Ryan's home church in Greeley, CO. After eating the food she prepared, we were set that she would be a great choice for our wedding!
Travel arrangements are currently still being worked out to find the best possible deal for all of you!
