Our Story

We met in Weed, Ca while attending College of the Siskiyous getting our appropriate classes to transfer to Oregon schools. We were introduced at a party through mutual friends from the dorm we lived in. We both have a love for snowboarding and went to the Mt. Shasta ski resort the following day and went for pizza after. We became good friends before we began dating. We began dating on March 26, 2005.

When Drew proposed, we went for a hike with our dog "Mika" (this was before "Emmy" was apart of the family) in Moore Park in Klamath Falls. We went up a trail that eventually lead to a point that overlooked Klamath Lake. The weather was beautiful and it had a great view of the lake, the marina, and Klamath Falls. Drew stopped so he could get water for "Mika" out of his backpack but to Krysten's surprise Drew got the ring out instead! He was kneeling down and told her how much he loved her and asked her to be his wife. And of course she said yes!

Our Wedding

Drew's aunt and uncle, John and Linda Williamson, have generously offered their home in Mt. Shasta to be the location of our wedding. And we are thrilled! We want our wedding to be casual and intimate so everyone feels included and comfortable. It will be an outside wedding in the early evening where we can celebrate with our families and close friends.
