Our Story

Adam and I met the spring of 2006 when he came to Plainfield,IN (where I used to work) to build our new clinic. Our first date in June, the casual dinner and a movie, was the start to a summer filled with concerts at White River Park, trips to the zoo and Indianapolis museums. He even took me to see Roger Waters (who?), yes, the lead singer to Pink Floyd. After dating all summer and into fall, he asked me to move in with him in December. Being a little nervous about that as we all would be, I finally moved in in May of '07.
In March of '07 he took me on my first trip to Costa Rica. How amazing!! Words can't even express how beautiful it was. He took me to see the largest volcano, Arenal. There we enjoyed the warm water of the hot springs, the hanging bridges, and a horseback ride to La Fortuna Falls.
In April of '08 we enjoyed our second trip to Costa Rica. On this trip I was able to catch my first sailfish during our day out deep sea fishing. :) It only took me like 2 hours to get it on board!
Finally in December of '08, on our third trip, Adam proposed! He took me for a walk on the beach to watch the sunset, and as we walked through the water he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the best day ever! How could I not say 'yes?' I get to marry the love of my life, my best friend.

Our Wedding

Where is a better place to get married than the place he proposed? We have set the date for Dec. 11th, a year to date after the proposal, to marry on the beach in a fairytale wedding. It's only a matter of time until we are Mr. and Mrs. Peuquet!

Our Reception

We have planned a reception when we return on Jan. 2nd. Hope to see you there to help us celebrate our new lives together!

A Special Message From Us

We want to thank all our close friends and family, for well, simply being there. We can't tell you how much it means to us to have you there during the good and bad of planning our destination wedding. We want to thank you for all the love you have given us and all the love you will continue to give. For who you have made us today that will shape who we will be tomorrow.
