Our wedding will begin at 1:30pm in The Gallery located mid ship, on Atlantic Deck 4. The reception will follow from 2:00pm – 3:00pm, in Alfred’s Bar also located mid ship on Atlantic Deck 4. All non sailing wedding guests will disembark the ship immediately after the reception at 3:00pm. The ship will set sail at 4:00pm.
All Sailing and non Sailing guest are asked to arrive at the pier between 10:00-10:30 am. Any guest not boarded with us will have to board with cruise passengers later in the day and there is no guaranty by Carnival you will make it on board for the wedding.
We will board the ship around 11:30am. Please make sure to eat a good breakfast. All guests are encouraged to obtain a map from the information desk and tour the ship until the wedding. They do take credit cards before the wedding if you would like to purchase a drink before the ceremony for non sailing guest. Drinks and food will be provided at reception. All guests are asked to be in the Gallery around 1:00pm.
Non-Sailing Guest: You will need to provide your state issued id, passport, or birth certificate (which ever was given on RSVP card) at the time of check in. You will leave your ID with security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. All non-sailing guest must debark the ship immediately after reception, which will be 3:00PM. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal.
Sailing Guest: All sailing guest are asked to please follow us to our room to leave any carryon luggage, purses, and ect until your room is ready for you after the wedding. That way you don’t have to carry anything more with you than you would like to.
