A little more than 2 years ago, we met when we were both "not looking for a relationship", as the cliche goes. But, God's plan is bigger than our own, and since then, we have become best friends and soul mates, and look forward to continuing to grow together. In November 2004, Sam left Active Duty US Army after 5 years of honorable service. We share our townhome (and our lives!) in Winston-Salem, NC, with our 2 rambunctious dogs, Sparky & Lila. Currently, Sam is working a Police Officer for the City of Winston-Salem & is continuing his military service in the National Guard. Sarah is working in Public Health & pursuing her Master's. We feel so very blessed to have such loving family and friends, each day is a blessing and we thank God for bringing us together!

Hi all! We are so excited about all our wedding plans, and we hope all of you will be able to share in our joy. Our wedding will be Saturday, May 26th, 2007, 3 PM, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Mocksville, NC.

Our Reception will be at the Brookstown Inn, Winston-Salem, NC, following the wedding. A cocktail hour will be followed by dinner and lots of dancing!! Come ready to party with us!

We have reserved several rooms at the Brookstown Inn for all of our out of town family and friends. This way after the reception everyone is already at the hotel, the party can continue! We have reserved both regular rooms and suites, so if you would like to stay at the Brookstown Inn, their number is 336-725-1120. We have special room rates reserved, so make sure to tell them that you are coming for our wedding. The other Inn in the area that we recommend is the Hawthorne Inn, and is about 2 blocks from the Brookstown. Their number is 336-777-3000.

If you will be flying in, we recommend flying into Greensboro, NC, which is about 30 mins from us. Raleigh / Durham is also within driving distance & is about 1.5 hours away.
