Rappelling down vertical cliff faces on a rope and harness. The rugged, beautiful Blue Mountains near Sydney are Australia's abseiling capital. Ranging in wall heights from 2 meters to 50 meters, this is sure to be an extreme sport adventure we will not forget!

For the best view of one of the most famous harbors in the world, we'll climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge and take a bunch of photos for happy honeymoon memories!

This patch of forest is one of the most diverse and beautiful examples of nature in the world. It is home to the largest range of plants and animals on earth. We will return to our accommodations late in the afternoon, damp, disheveled and dirty, but with a wide and satisfied grin on our faces and a head full of fabulous, indelible memories.

We will enjoy all that the Blue Mountains have to offer including the magnificent Three Sisters, breathtaking canyon views, the brilliance of mother nature's marvelous Limestone caves and beautiful remote scenery. We will enjoy all the contrasts of the Blue Mountains' rich color and Australian bush and wildlife. Included is the Jenolan Caves upgrade designed for the more adventurous spirits, with an advanced exploration of the underground caves. Included in the 10 hour day trip is all transportation, tours, and tax. Hi-Ho!

Another great way to explore the great Central Australian desert is from the back of a camel. Camels are ideally suited to the hot, dry climate of Australia's interior. Only a few are still used by humans, mostly for touring the fascinating ecology of the desert. Allow us to take a once in a lifetime camel ride around Ayers Rock at Sunrise!

The best way to experience the Great Barrier Reef is to become one of the fish, and enter their underwater world. We will be submerged in a spectacular world of color and marine life, with gardens that bloom under the sea and fish that swim by gracefully. Diving the Great Barrier Reef is a dream we have both shared for a long time. Doing so will definately be the highlight of our Australian experience.

We will rent a double kayak and enjoy the secluded beaches and reserves Sydney Harbour has to offer. Included is kayak, life jacket; paddle; sunscreen and a little alone time for the newlyweds!

Diving the reef at night will give us the unique opportunity to witness the activities of the nocturnal sealife. With the expertise of a guide, we will explore nooks and crannies and swim among the creatures of the dark.

We'll spend an adventurous afternoon maneuvering through the Barron Gorge originating out of Cairns.

We'll take off over the magnificent Australian Outback where we will have a stunning view of the famous Ayers Rock and desert. To end our perfect morning after our spectacular flight we'll sit down to a delicious Aussie champagne breakfast!

Australia is one of the top wine producing regions in the world and while in Sydney we would like to take a day trip to Australia's most popular wine producing region. Have you ever wanted to hold a koala bear and feed a kangaroo? Well we do! The Koala Park Sanctuary in Pennant Hills was first established in 1927 by the founder Noel Burnett to provide a safe haven for the koala to live and breed safely. We will choose from one of the many casual restaurants set on the beach. Then kick back and enjoy a local dish, the fun atmosphere, a refreshing cool drink, and great views.

For something different we'll try modern indigenous cuisine, followed by vibrantly rich dessert and a cocktail with the locals!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

Entered into the Australian Tourism Hall of Fame, Sounds of Silence offers the best of the Red Centre. An unforgettable evening, eating beautifully prepared food under the sparkling outback sky. We will dine with a three hundred and sixty degree view of the vast landscape including the fabled Uluru and the domes of Kata Tjuta and, possibly the most spectacular sunset you have ever seen. We will enjoy sparkling wine and a selection of delectable canapés. As the sun sets in a blaze of reds and oranges, and well into the starlit night, we will feast on a gourmet barbecue buffet of authentic Australian delicacies including barramundi, kangaroo, emu, crocodile, bush salads and classic desserts, complemented by some of Australia's finest wines.
