Brad and I met at Starbucks on Dec. 12, 2005 ( who knew they sold dates too)? We were set up on a blind date and it almost didn't happen....I was reluctant to go due to two previous failed attempts and Brad wanted to run once he found out that I had 3 kids in tow...I think we are even now. Anyway I knew I had him the minute he found out that I actually watched a hockey game on tv....he couldn't believe it, a hockey fan and a girl...don't tell him, but I wasn't a true hockey fan until this year...just can't get enough of those SHARKS! Anyway, read on and find out some interesting details about us, our event, and those around us that are going to both be there as well as those that will be finding their way into a front row seat at our Wedding.
Lets start here by saying that this will truly be a family affair. We are tying the knot at the Hyland home in San Jose. Our officiant is the beautiful Mary-Jo Hyland, Jim Hyland is Brad's Best Man and Best Friend, it doesn't stop there.. Wait until you meet Brad's Gorgeous God Daughter and my Jr. Bridesmaid Maggie (also a Hyland)...Then there is Jamie Hyland, stand back for the voice of an angle, wait until you hear her sing ! Okay, of course we have to include my boys right? Let's just say that Anthony can't wait to give me away. Nathan will be walking down the isle with Maggie as our Jr. Groomsman....then in comes the jewels, of course carried by Austin. My best Friend Stacey will be standing for me as my Maid of Honor - Thank you Stace! Rhonda and Chris will also be front row.
Our reception will follow at the Los Gatos Lodge..Bring your dancing shoes, we have gotten the most wonderful band in the area to help us rock the night away. If you're quick and you keep an eye out, you may see Brad go back to his teen-years and spin on the floor or jam with the band on the drums??? Who knows? You will just have to be there. Can't wait to see you !
