Paul & Chris met the summer of 1975 at Loara High School. Paul was on his way to football practice; Chris was on her way to drill team. They dated briefly their sophomore year and remained great friends throughout their time at Loara. Their parents were also friends, attending high school events and other gatherings. After graduation they both spent a semester at Cal State Fullerton, but then went their separate ways. Paul pursued a career in baseball and construction. Chris became Mom to her precious Suzanne, later moving to Colorado. In January, 2005, Chris returned to California and reconnected with friends, Paul was one of them. Their friendship grew and in May of 2006 they became engaged. Now here they are together again ready to begin a new chapter in their lives.

Paul and Chris are to be joined in Holy Matrimony aboard the ship “Destiny” cruising out of Newport Beach on the 22nd of June, 2007. Plan to be dockside at 5:00 pm, all aboard at 5:45, weigh anchor promptly at 6:00 pm. Destiny will cruise Newport Harbor from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The wedding ceremony will be performed by Pastor Bill Welsh of Refuge - Calvary Chapel, Huntington Beach. As the sun sets, we will be dining, dancing and just plain having a great time.

Paul and Chris will be honeymooning in the Hawaiian Islands. Their first stop is Maui then on to Kauai. They will be vacationing for 11 days and 10 nights and are looking forward to resting and relaxing in the sun and surf of this tropical paradise. The plane tickets, hotels rooms and rental cars are booked and ready to go. Now it’s your turn to make their honeymoon a bit more memorable. This registry is their “wish list” of what they’d like to do during their trip. Any contribution, from picking up a drink at the grotto bar to a helicopter ride to view the volcanoes, would be greatly appreciated. Have some fun and maybe you’ll get the urge to plan your next vacation in Hawaii. Mahalo
