It was September 16, 2006. As we both rode our Harleys to the monthly Hog meeting, her for the very first time, we had no clue that our paths were about to cross and our lives would be changed forever. Eight days later, due to bad weather, a ride was cancelled which led us instead to a movie. After much conversation and a wonderful kiss, an amazing relationship evolved. On Sept. 24, 2007, one year to the day of our first date, I asked this wonderful woman to forever be a part of my life.......................................................After a lot of begging, and then getting her drunk, I finally convinced her to say yes !!! And here we are……………

Flying off to a secluded beach on the island of Jamaica was just too romantic to pass up. We will be saying our vows on January 19, 2008 at 12:00 PM EST on the sands of the beautiful world-renowned Seven Mile Beach. Although our friends and family will not be with us in person, everyone of you will be in our hearts as we make this lifelong commitment to one another.

Donna and I want to celebrate our commitment together by having a reception party at our house on the Saturday following our return from Jamaica. All of our friends and family are invited. It will be on January 26, 2008 beginning at 3:00 PM and ending when everyone either goes home or passes out. WOOHOO !! This will be a very casual and fun party!! Nothing formal. So come join us for some BBQ and fixins !!!! A variety of refreshments will be provided, however, if you have something special that you enjoy then feel free to bring it.
We plan to have a slideshow of our time in Jamaica playing on the bigscreen.

Jetting off to get married while standing barefoot in the sand is not considered traditional among our families, but is just SOOO…. us !!! Also, since we don’t need anything for the house and Donna sleeps naked :-), we decided against a traditional registry and instead to use the resort’s wedding registry.
