Audrey and Derek met shortly after Audrey moved to Keystone in January of 2002 and started dating a few months later. They will be traveling around the world for over a year directly after the wedding.

The wedding will be held on Sunday April 6th at the Keystone Ranch in Keystone Colorado. Luke E. Smith built the homestead in the early 1900's with pine logs from nearby Keystone Mountain as a summer retreat for his family's camping and fishing outings. The ranch is now a AAA Four-Diamond restaurant, which was rated as the number one restaurant in the Colorado/Utah region in the 2001, 2002, and 2003 Zagat Surveys.

Our reception will proceed the wedding at the Keystone Ranch.

So we aren’t registering for normal gifts because we plan to take at least a year long honeymoon. Well, I guess a bit longer since we are taking a pre-honeymmon trip to Central America from January 15th through March 18th. But after we get back, go on a hut trip, do some snowboarding and have a wonderful party with our dearest friends and family, we plan to travel the world. We have a year long work visa for New Zealand. Once there we hope to travel around and work in New Zealand. We want to take a week or two as soon as we arrive to fulfill one of Audrey’s many travel dreams by staying in a hut over the water on the South Pacific Island of Tahiti and/or Fiji. In addition to our savings, we hope to make enough money from our jobs in New Zealand to travel all over Asia, Indonesia, India and Africa. And if time allows even Europe (since Derek has never been.) ...and then we will settle down. Maybe.
