We are getting married at the Ports O' Call restaurant in San Pedro, California. The ceremony will begin at five o'clock pm. The ceremony will be held outdoors right on the harbour...it's so pretty (may be a bit chilly tho)!
PLEASE ARRIVE ABOUT A HALF HOUR BEFORE THE CEREMONY starts since we only have the ceremony site for 1 hour and need to start promptly.

Our reception will be immediately following the ceremony and will be held in the restaurant, upstairs in the Breakwater Room. The room overlooks the harbour and should be beautiful at night! We will be having a full buffet dinner as well as a full bar!! There will be music and dancing and, of course, the cake!! We have the reception room booked from 6 p.m. until midnite so plan on partying late!
After literally hours online and on the phone we were unable to get a "good deal" on a block of hotel rooms :( . However, I have put together a list of hotels along with their rates and contact information. All of these hotels are within a mile and a half of the ceremony site and about a half hour from LAX!
Crowne Plaza - LA Harbour: 310-519-8200 www.crowneplaza.com starts at $160/night
This hotel overlooks the harbor, has a fitness centre, Enterprise Rental Car onsite, airline desk, ATM machine and same day dry cleaning along with laundry facilities (just in case!)
Holiday Inn San Pedro/Los Angeles Harbour: 310-514-1414 www.holidayinn.com starts at $99/night
This hotel has been newly rennovated and looks like a historical landmark! They have a fitness centre, laundry facilities and kids eat free! If you plan to stay here, book your room online...it's cheaper than calling the hotel directly!
Double Tree Hilton Hotel 310-514-3344 www.doubletree.com starts at $159/night or $143.10 if you book online and pay in advance; $174/night included breakfast for 2 people.
This also overlooks the marina, has a fitness centre, beauty salon, and ATM machine, along with a local shuttle that operates weekdays only. This one is also less expensive if you book online!
