We first met at a ball tournament. Mike had a white t-shirt and all the girls were writing their phone numbers on it. Sylvie wrote her number but then scratched it off because she was with someone already. Mike claims after that encounter, he told a mutual friend that he would “end up” with Sylvie. A few years later, we ended up on the same ball team and after a team party we started talking to each other more, go for coffee…Well one thing led to another and next thing you know, Mike and Sylvie moved in together, had a beautiful daughter and are getting married.
